Yummy Lemon Cookies

This one is a favorit Cookie Recipe of my family and of anyone that ever tries them. They are so easy and quick. Bandon tells me they taste like little drops of Heaven. This is what you need…

Mix the following ingredients…

2 Eggs

Package of Lemon Cake Mix

1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil

1 TBSP Lemon Juice

1 1/2 2 TSP Lemon Extract

Now fill a bowl with some Powdered Suger. Roll the dough into one inch balls. Roll them in the Powdered Sugar, and put it on a baking sheet.

Bake at 350 for 10 min. Take them out of the oven and let cool for about 5 min.
