Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Beef Bake

Jul 20, 2012 by     Posted under: Beef, Cooking In The Dark

My little girl Peyton told me that this is her new favorit meal. I think that means I will be making this again soon. Your family will love it and it is super quick and easy.

This is what you will need…

1 pound ground beef

1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Bag Frozen Vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

2 Cups Water

3 Tablespoons Butter

3/4 Cup Milk

2 Cups instant mashed potato flakes or buds

Cook and brown the beef and drain off fat.

Mix the beef, 1/2 of the can of soup, Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 of the Garlic Powder and vegetables in a baking dish.

Heat the water, butter, the other half of the Garlic Powder, and remaining soup in a sauce pan on high heat until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in the milk. Slowly stir in the potatoes. Mix the potatoes until smooth. Spoon potatoes over the beef mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until hot.

Hope you like it! As always let me know how you like it in the comments below.
